I play this game completely casual. I knew going in (back when Bandai sent out wave 1 of the demo decks) that this game was going to be a BANDAI GAME. Meaning there will be issues, problems and every other form of tcg difficulty. Bandai's Track record is not great. Ive followed and played near every game they put out from Navia Dratp to Battle Spirits and Naruto. Knowing what I know now this game is only suited for a casual fan favorite environment and clearly not a competitive game as all top decks and players use the extremely Over powered cards (we all know them by now). Its a great game! But those few cards are held above all and most seem to think that power is standard to this game... They are the exception to the rule. This game has a great balance UNDER the op cards. Bandai has a tough road ahead but I can say especially with there latest post. They wanted to stay true to there source materiel. In that they have succeeded, but dragon ball does not lend itself well to a balanced game play experience while staying true to the core mentality lol The show is OP after OP thats what it IS. From day one its been about getting stronger and to BE the strongest. Cards games cant be like that and stay around for long. Sad but true. I still have hope though and will preach what this game CAN be!
